The satnav was delivered next day and although it is a refurb it looked new to me. The Garmin 1300 is very easy to use with a logical menu system. You can input address, post code or even map co-ordinates. Good voices that can speak road names. Having tried a TomTom, I would say that the Garmin is far better.
