Place your order before 4pm and we'll guarantee it leaves our warehouse the same day.* Desperate for your item? Don't worry. If your item is in stock and you order before 4pm Monday to Friday we guarantee it will leave our warehouse sameday. Deliveries within the UK are made via Royal Mail from Monday to Friday, between 9am-5:30pm.
Please note that all deliveries include insurance and as such, MUST be signed for. An adult must be present at your delivery address to sign for the goods as regretfully, we cannot leave your goods in a ‘safe’ place, even if requested at the time of ordering.

We are also happy to accept orders outside of the UK to 27 different countries within the EU. Please call our customer services team on 0871 900 6000 or email us for more information on international deliveries. *Same day dispatch is guaranteed on all orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm where items are in stock and payment terms are met. Delays can occur if orders are not processed through Visa Verified or Mastercard Secure so we advise customers to use this facility where possible. See our terms and conditions for more information.
Returning items It is important to us at TotalPDA that your complete shopping experience is as efficient as possible. As a result, we have implemented a customer-friendly Returns’ procedure and a convenient delivery system. When returning products we aim to make this a stress-free and effective process for our customers.
TotalPDA will return or replace goods within 30 days after dispatch. You will also be covered with a one year return to manufacturer warranty, which covers your product for a year via the manufacturer. Before returning any item please call our Customer Service Department on 0871 900 6000 where you will be led through the Returns’ process.
