Further Identification Requirements
At TotalPDA your information and security is incredibly important to us. In some instances, to ensure the legitimacy of all orders and minimise any potential fraudulent transactions, we will request confirmation of your identity and delivery address prior to shipping.
You may need to send us identification for your order if the delivery address is different to your billing address and/or the card that you are using is not registered at the billing address you have provided.
If the delivery address is different from your billing address, you will need to supply us with a copy of:
- The top half of the statement of the credit or debit card you have used for this purchase, and
- Confirmation of your delivery addresses (usually company letterhead or with compliments slip)
If you would like to change your delivery address to match your billing address, please send an email to Customer Service quoting your name, transaction number and confirming the address you would like the goods sent to.
Alternatively you can change the delivery address to match the billing address, whereby no further ID will be required.
