"Just a quick thank-you email to say I was very impressed with the quality of service you offered with my latest company purchase.We were originally going to order the TomTom2 GPS kit to use with our Compaq iPAQ 3970 PDA, but discovered that the GPS receiver in the kit only operated off the car charger and was not able to be used remotely of the vehicle.On advice from TotalPDA it was recommended to purchase a more expensive Bluetooth GPS receiver, mainly a Emtec CRUX II, along with the TomTom 2 Navigation software and a SD ram card (we opted for 256Mb).We placed our order over the telephone on Thursday lunchtime and requested that we receive our delivery the following day. After paying via our company VISA card and as requested we faxed over our company order confirmation and checked the following day that our items were despatched.Sure enough at 12:20pm the following day - all our items arrived, safe an sound. We unpacked and configured the devices - which took a few attempts, but within 1-2 hours we has fully set up the GPS / Sat Nav solution and tried it out later that afternoon. After a few configuration changes (no voice commands being issued) and the tracking was still all over the place. We got everything working. Finally, I'd like to thank all of you and your company for a wonderful prompt and efficient service. I shall of course be highly recommending you to any of my fellow non-GPS friends & family - so hopefully you'll have some other orders to follow.Keep up the great work and service"

Unfortunately that's where the problem started but don't worry, **** has resolved it for me.I bought a Dell Axim X30 with Tom Tom 5 Bluetooth sat nav system. Unfortunately the car charger supplied for the PDA was one for an iPAQ not a Dell. I returned it and was advised a replacement was on order. Today, two weeks after the wrong one was delivered I still don't have a car charger. This is a major draw back as the PDA only lasts about an hour on battery when running sat nav.Speaking to **** this morning I was advised that it will be at least another week before the cabled for the Dell arrive but he offered me a different car mount, custom designed for the Dell X30 with its own power cable. This will be delivered to me next week after which I can return my existing unit. So, you see, it started to go wrong but I am delighted that Noel fixed to problem for me and not only will I be highly recommending Totalpda.co.uk to others (at least one other person I know is looking for the same kit as mine) I will also be buying from you in the future for my PDA need.
